Man Made Drought in CA.



What is up with this country?! IF they can PUMP it into the Pacific Ocean, WHY can't they PUMP it into the canals?

    I read a great piece yesterday in Trent Loos' newsletter, by a gentleman who pointed out, that unlike other uses of water, farmers use it then put it back pretty much where it came from.
